Mingus earned her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Reed College in 2020. She did her post-baccalaureate research at Stanford University studying molecular mechanisms of axonal plasticity. Mingus is currently a doctoral student in the Brain and Cognitive Sciences program, and is interested in neuro-immune interactions and glymphatic system function in the context of Alzheimer’s disease.
