Leyla received her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Pomona College in 2018. She previously worked in Dr. Gilles Laurent’s lab at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, studying camouflage in cuttlefish. Leyla is interested in glia and myelination in the context of Alzheimer’s disease.
