I am interested in the components that contribute to and exacerbate Alzheimer’s Disease pathology. As part of the Human Gamma Team, I help investigate how sleep is affected by daily light and sound stimulation with use of actigraphy. We seek to characterize and quantify sleep quality in individuals with Alzheimer’s disease. I am also involved in the cognitive resilience and environmental enrichment projects to explore how early-life conditions have life-long effects. I am a senior at Northeastern University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and plan to apply to graduate school in the fall of 2020.
