Fabiola received her B.S. in Industrial Microbiology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayagüez Campus (UPRM) in 2021. At UPRM she conducted research based on the description of the organometallic reaction between DTN/PPh3. In the Tsai Lab, her work is focused on the relationship between brain rhythms and waste clearance pathways. She performs two-photon imaging in awake mice, assists with single-cell RNA-sequencing, and utilizes novel imaging modalities to identify brain circuits involved in Alzheimer’s disease.
